Here's what you need:

• A full drivers licence
• Experience is preferred but not essential for all roles and some training will be provided
• Harvest operators and loader or mower drivers need 2 - 3 years experience
• If you are from overseas, you will need a Working Holiday Visa
• Health and safety conscious
• Be prepared to do long hours at times; weekends are just another day during harvest
• You need to be careful and conscientious of machinery and people
• Having mechanical aptitude is an advantage
• Be friendly, easy going, even tempered and a team player
